These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PastePanel platform, the websites at pastepanel.com and every domain connected through our service, and any associated APIs, dashboards, templates, emails, and support channels (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, connecting a domain, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
PastePanel is a hosted platform that lets operators run a branded SMM (Social Media Marketing) panel on their own custom domain. In these Terms, “PastePanel”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of the Service. “You” refers to the individual or legal entity using the Service.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information at signup, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to take responsibility for all activity under your account. Notify us at once of any unauthorised access.
We may enable two-step verification, sign-in alerts, or device-trust mechanisms. Where these are available we strongly recommend turning them on; you are responsible for any consequences of choosing not to.
3. The Service you receive
- A multi-tenant panel application hosted on our infrastructure, reachable at your own domain.
- Automated SSL issuance and renewal for each domain you connect.
- A customer-facing storefront, admin dashboard, order pipeline, payment integrations, and support-ticket tooling.
- Reasonable uptime operation, continuous security patching, and regular encrypted backups.
The Service is provided on an evolving basis. We may add features, change defaults, or retire capabilities that are rarely used. Material reductions of functionality will be announced in advance where practicable.
4. Your content & your customers
You retain all rights in the data, branding, images, product catalogues, and other content (“Customer Content”) you upload to the Service or that your end-customers generate within your panel. You grant PastePanel a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, cache, and back up that Customer Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you.
You are the controller of your customers' personal data and remain responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and use it, for honouring their rights, and for making the disclosures your jurisdiction requires. Our role in respect of that data is strictly that of a processor acting on your instructions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service, nor permit any third party to use it, to:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- send spam, phishing attempts, or fraudulent communications;
- host or distribute malware, ransomware, worms, or any other harmful code;
- attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service outside a responsibly disclosed security research context;
- interfere with, overload, or disrupt our infrastructure or any other customer's panel;
- resell services in a way that deceives end-customers about who is providing them, or that misrepresents PastePanel as the counterparty;
- engage in activity targeting minors, non-consensual content, violent extremism, or human trafficking;
- infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, or other intellectual-property or proprietary right.
We may investigate any suspected violation, cooperate with law enforcement where legally required, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
6. Prohibited services and content
Even within the SMM space, some categories are not permitted on the platform. These include, without limit: services that automate abusive content, impersonation of private individuals, mass-reporting or mass-takedown schemes against third parties, deepfake generation for harassment, services that generate or amplify child-sexual-abuse material, and any service whose ordinary operation requires compromising the security of another person's account.
7. Domains, DNS, and SSL
Connecting a domain requires pointing a DNS record to our infrastructure. You remain the registrant of the domain at all times; PastePanel does not take ownership, does not lock the domain, and does not hold it hostage. You can repoint the domain away from us at any moment and the platform side will release gracefully.
SSL certificates are provisioned through publicly trusted certificate authorities (for example, ZeroSSL or Let's Encrypt), governed by their respective subscriber agreements. By enabling SSL on a domain you accept those third-party terms for the duration of the certificate.
Only the apex (registrable) domain is accepted. Subdomains — for example, www.example.com or
shop.example.com — should be redirected to the apex at your registrar.
8. Fees, free tier, and future paid features
At the current time the Service is offered free of charge, including the first five custom domains. Additional domains and future premium capabilities may be offered as part of a paid plan. Where a paid plan exists, fees are stated in advance of purchase; we do not retroactively charge for capabilities you already use under the free tier.
PastePanel does not take a share of the money you collect from your own customers. Funds your customers pay through your panel settle with your payment providers, not with us. We have no claim on those funds.
9. Support
Community support is available to every account through the in-app Support channel and, where offered, community groups. Premium support, including response-time commitments, is available under paid plans if and when offered.
10. Security & data protection
We operate the Service with defence-in-depth as a design goal: two-step authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, DDoS filtering at L3/L4 and L7, daily backups, and audit logging. No service is invulnerable; you remain responsible for choosing strong credentials, enabling available security features, and notifying us promptly if you suspect a compromise.
Our handling of personal data is described in the separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Intellectual property
The Service — including its code, interface, templates, documentation, and brand — is and remains the property of PastePanel and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service as intended. Nothing here transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you or of your intellectual property to us.
12. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties you choose to enable (for example, payment processors, transactional email providers, push-notification services, upstream SMM providers). Your use of those integrations is subject to their terms, which we do not control. PastePanel is not responsible for their availability, pricing, or the accuracy of their output.
13. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the dashboard. On deletion, everything attached to a panel — admin users, customers, orders, payments, tickets, historical reports — is permanently erased, and we cannot recover it afterwards, even with a support request.
We may suspend or terminate an account, or any specific domain within it, if we believe in good faith that it has breached these Terms, violated applicable law, or put the Service or other customers at risk. Where the risk allows for it we will give notice first; where it does not (for example, an ongoing abuse incident) we may act immediately and notify afterwards.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PastePanel disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible attack.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PastePanel, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
16. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless PastePanel and its affiliates from and against any third-party claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your Customer Content, (b) your use of the Service, (c) your breach of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
17. Changes to the Service and to these Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the What's new feed, by email, or both, at least seven days before they take effect where practicable. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PastePanel is principally established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved first through good-faith discussion; if that fails, in the courts of that jurisdiction, to which both parties consent.
19. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any documents we incorporate by reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior discussions. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a corporate transaction on reasonable notice to you.
20. Contact
Legal, security, and abuse notices may be sent through the in-app Support channel or, if you do not yet have an account, via the contact page. We read every ticket.
Plain-English summary: don't do anything illegal or harmful with PastePanel; you keep your data and your money; we'll run the platform well and patch it quickly; if something goes wrong, our liability is limited. The formal text above controls where it conflicts with this summary.
